We were extremely happy with our stay. The room was large and very clean. The shuttle service was on time and easy to use. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had lost my wedding ring at the beginning of the trip. I checked with the staff again at the end of our trip. My ring had been turned in and was in the lost and found. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on staying here again the next time we fly.

Renaissance Chicago OHare Suites Hotel was very easy to get to off of the highways and exremely close to Chicago O'Hare airport. The shuttle was prompt on taking us to and from the airport, parking was secure, the room was spacious, clean and quiet. We did the park and fly option and it was cheaper than just parking at the airport. We dined at the on-site restaurant and the pretzel rolls were fantastic while my flatbread pizza was phenomenal. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Parking was covered in a parking garage, and I even noticed a security guard making rounds when I returned from my trip. Hotel room was excellent, a very comfortable and quiet sweet. After checking in before my trip, I headed down to the bar for food and drinks. Steve the bartender was great. Shuttle was waiting the morning I departed, and waited only a couple minutes when I arrived back at O'Hare the day of my return. Overall, the best park and fly hotel experience I've had for O'Hare.

Beautiful rooms and hospitable staff. Only comment I have is that the O'hare flight traffic passes overhead and from our room on the east side of the hotel it was pretty loud and actually woke us up early once traffic picked up. Relatives on the west side said they didn't hear anything so you might want to request a west side room if you are a light sleeper.

Renaissance is my favorite ParkSleepFly hotel to stay at in Chicago. It is conveniently located, love the rooms and the shuttle service is always on schedule. This trip was no different and again met all my expectations!! I am only saddened by the fact that they no longer have as many rooms available for this program due to parking restrictions.

The hotel was very nice. There is construction on the toll way right near it so it was a little hassle getting there. We had a room on the 14th floor facing the toll road but there was no noise from there at all, but that may have been because we were on the 14th floor. There was also virtually no noise from aircraft flying overhead. When I turned off the TV and went to bed I did hear a slight noise of one but barely and it caused no trouble sleeping. The staff is impeccable. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and professional. Especially Morgan at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again and have actually already recommended it and park sleep fly to a co-worker,.
