The first annoyance was that the exit from I-90 was closed both ways due to construction. On the way to the hotel, we had to travel another 10 minutes further on I-90, and then find another non-interstate route to get to the hotel. We were traveling with 2 young kids. An extra 20 minutes after you've already been on the road for over 2 hours makes a big difference, especially late at night! Secondly, we were not able to take the shuttle to the airport because we had to leave the hotel before the shuttle operated. When I called the front desk to see if they could get us a cab, they told me it would be at least 45 minutes. So we spent over $50 on an Uber to get our family to the airport on time to catch our flight....there goes our parking "savings!" Then, upon arriving back at O'Hare today, we called for the shuttle to pick us up. We had to wait a little longer than they estimated, but it's Chicago, I understand. What I didn't understand is what happened after we were picked up. The shuttle driver was on his phone, texting and taking calls - sure didn't feel safe! After we were in the shuttle about 10 minutes, he received a call from the front desk of the hotel telling him he had to go back to O'Hare to pick up additional guests! He did (what I can only imagine to be an illegal u-turn) and went back to the airport!! My family had been traveling all day and we just wanted to get back to our car to travel the 2+ hours we still had to go... When we questioned the driver about what he was doing, he told us the lady at the front desk told him to do so. We called Felicity and expressed our frustration to no avail. There was no concern about us having to turn around even though we were halfway to the hotel. Complete lack of any customer service! Then, of course, we had to deal with the fact that the interstate entrance ramp was under construction as well...which at this point, was incredibly frustrating....we just wanted to get on I-90. I had such a poor experience overall, I'm not sure I'm ever going to use this service again. It feels like off-airport parking or long term parking would be a similar price (once you factor in the Uber) and substantially less time-consuming!! Just thought you should be aware of the frustrations with this hotel.

Everything was sparkling clean. Decor is beautiful--love the granite shower walls! Very comfortable bed, fast internet, very good quality complimentary toiletries. The web listing failed to mention the in-room fridge, microwave and coffee maker (with coffee pods). Shuttle service was good.

Good service, but they definitely oversell park and fly rooms. The only reason we received an actual parking spot was because the shuttle moved to accommodate our car - the lot was completely full when we arrived. When we returned from our trip and spent the night, there were cars lining the hotel entrance that were parked there presumably because all of the actual spaces were full. I am glad we got a real parking spot - I would not have felt comfortable leaving my car parked by the hotel entrance. With traffic in the parking lot and the potential for snow removal as well, not having a spot would have been insufficient.

We were upset because we were not able to take shuttle to airport due to time restrictions. Our flight was earlier than shuttle hours. We had to pay over $50 for taxi both to and from airport.
