From North: Take I-294 South to I-190 West to O'Hare Airport (You must have change for the I-190 toll). Exit at Manheim Road North. Go 1.0 mile to Higgins Road, turn right. Go 0.6 miles to Devon Avenue. Take a slight left. Go 0.6 miles to Des Plaines River Road, turn left. Go 0.3 miles and the hotel will be located on the left side.
From South: Take I-294 North and exit at River Road (You must have change for the River Road toll). Proceed to traffic light and turn left onto Des Plaines River Road. Proceed 1.0 mile to hotel which is located on the left side.
From West: Take I-90 East to I-190 West to O'Hare Airport. (You must have change for the I-190 toll). Exit at Manheim Road North. Go 1.0 mile to Higgins Road, turn right. Go 0.6 miles to Devon Avenue. Take a slight left. Go 0.6 miles to Des Plaines River Road, turn left. Go 0.3 miles and the hotel will be located on the left side.
From East. Follow I-90 West to I-190 West. Exit at River Road. Turn left onto River Road. Follow River Road one mile to hotel which is located on left side.

Nice hotel. Restaurant on site is quite nice. I just wish there was a parking garage for my car. I would stay here again.
Check in was easy and quick. Check out had issues and couldnt get a receipt; they e-mailed me one of the two receipts, the other I have yet to receive. Waited 40 minutes for the shuttle at the airport when we returned.
We were VERY upset to find our van in a different parking space when we got home. The hotel had no right to move our vehicle without our permission. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel but would NOT return because of this.
We were very happy with our stay... Although the time at the Hotel was short, we love your hotel. We have stayed here before and will again for sure. Your shuttle driver Cormine, was excellent and friendly. Letting everyone know about the hotel restaurant and what was available...also found him to be very helpful with directions...his costumer service was right on...

Everything went smoothly. The room was very comfortable. Very pleased with the hotel restaurant. I wish there were breakfast items made available earlier before those early flights. Front desk, restaurant, and shuttle personnel were very friendly and helpful.

I love PSF.com, and I loved the Hilton garden Inn--completely accomodating--shuttle driver George loaded our bags and dropped us AT our vehicle upon pickup, which was remarkably prompt. I recommend your service to everyone I know!!!!
I have always used the O'Hare Renaissance and have been very happy. I decided to use the O'Hare Hilton Garden Inn this time instead because it was cheaper, and I was very happy with this experience as well. I have recommended ParkSleepFly several times because it is so much better than parking at the airport & struggling with luggage, getting to the gate.
My stay, parking, services was excellent as always
